Why need to change underwear frequently?
Microbiologists from all over the world have conducted research on washing machines, and a pair of dirty underwear contains an average of 0.1 grams of feces. There are Salmonella, Escherichia coli and other pathogens in the excrement. Even if it is properly cleaned and dried, the bacteria on it cannot be completely killed.
One gram of feces contains 10 million viruses, 1 million bacteria, 1,000 parasite cysts, and 100 eggs. Although some bacteria and viruses are beneficial to humans, most bacteria and viruses are harmful to humans. Especially when feces contaminate water, food, utensils and clothing. Most harmful microorganisms will enter the human body and cause harm to people.
It is best to change underwear every 3 months to half a year. Under normal circumstances, it is best to change underwear with a higher frequency of use every six months. If the underwear is deformed, the material becomes dry and hard, and the stain cannot be cleaned, it must be replaced in time. In life, you must develop the habit of washing and changing underwear frequently. It is recommended to change it every day, especially in summer, and the longest should not exceed 2-3 days. Separate from outer underwear when washing, try to wash by hand with soap. After washing, don’t expose it to the sun directly, first put it in a cool place to air-dry, and then put it in the sun for disinfection.
